Guideline for Participants

Participants are required to register for the Symposium. The registration fee of full participants, students and seniors will cover Opening and Closing Ceremonies and all scientific sessions, Welcome Dinner, admission to the exhibition area, conference proceedings (CD) and package, field trip to Olympic Park, and coffee breaks. The registration fee of accompanying persons will cover Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Welcome Dinner, admission to the exhibition area, a bag with a city map, field trip to Olympic Park, and coffee breaks.

* Students must be under 30 years old by 1 Oct 2009 and should include proof of their student status; seniors must be over 65 years old.

Cancellation notification must be made in writing and E-mailed to registration@isde6.org or faxed to +86 10 65301683. If the registration is cancelled before 1 August 2009, an administrative fee of USD 30 will be deducted and the rest refunded. For cancellations received after 1 August 2009, no refund can be made. All refunds will be made after the symposium.

Online symposium registration has been closed. Should you have any questions and requests on symposium registration, please send e-mails to registration@isde6.org before Sept. 8, 2009. 

We’ll work at the ISDE6 Registration Area in the lobby of BICC for ISDE6 from 8 Sept. 2009 to 12 Sept. 2009. We’ll be ready to provide you with our assistances and services during the period of ISDE6 at Beijing International Convention Center. You will be able to register the symposium on spot at BICC. You are welcome to ISDE6.

Should you forward your registration fee after August 20, 2009, please bring a copy of the receipt with you to the on-site registration desk in order to avoid double payment.
