Abstract Submission Deadline: 30 April, 2009.

Please peruse the following expository process before you submit your abstract.

1. Fill in all the required information of the primary author and the co-author(s) (if there is) in English;
2. Indicate the scientific research fields and topics that your abstract belongs to and attach your abstract (about 300-500 words) in the right place below;
3. The uploaded abstract should only include the TITLE and the ABSTRACT of the supposed paper, without any authors' identity information;
4. Abstract should be in English and should include the purpose of the full paper, the methodology adopted in the research, and the results which can be obtained.

Please note that the size of the attached file should be no more than 1mb. Otherwise, the online abstract submission system will not accept the file.

After you submit your abstract, you will get an Abstract ID Number. Please keep this ID number for your full paper submission and conference registration.
