Exhibition
1. Exhibit space and pricing
- Shell scheme booth: 3mX3m, RMB 20,000.00/booth
- Raw-space: RMB 1,800.00/sqm (18 square meters as the minimum booking area).

Advertisements on the Final Program of the Symposium
- One page inside front cover or inside back cover: RMB 14,000

The rates are exclusive of the processing charge for art design and filming.
Exhibitor’s showcase sessions
An audio and visual presentation is an effective way to make your potential clients fully understand your new products and technology. Showcase site with capacity of holding 50 people can be provided at BICC during the exhibition for the exhibitors. RMB 2,000.00 will be charged for each 1-hour showcase session, including two wireless microphones, one projector and one screen. The order is on a first-come, first-served basis. The showcase sessions’ schedule is as follows:

Please refer to the above options, fill in the reservation form and return the completed form to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Sector of ISDE6 Secretariat at China Comfort Travel Group Co., Ltd. After the full payment for the reservation is made, the reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed. The reservation form is enclosed to this pamphlet and also uploaded to the Symposium Website (www.isde6.org).
Payment
The ISDE6 Secretariat has entrusted China Comfort Travel Group Co., Ltd (CCT) with receiving payments for the sponsorship, exhibit space and advertisement. After the payment is made, a simultaneous notice to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Sector of ISDE6 Secretariat at CCT will be highly appreciated.

Master Card, Visa and American Express will be acceptable. The amount to be paid by credit card should be increased by 4% for extra bank charge.

Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be addressed to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Sector of ISDE6 Secretariat at CCT in writing. Refund will be made one month after notification of cancellation received where applicable.
