The Symposium Secretariat has reserved a number of rooms at favored rates in the following five hotels for the participants. The room rates include the service charge and breakfast. Most of the hotels are located in the vicinity of the venue site. All major credit cards are accepted. The North Star Continental Grand Hotel is recommended as the main hotel of the Symposium. It is next door to the Symposium venue BICC, and connected with it by an in-door corridor.

Reservation Policy

1) VAT and one or two breakfast are included in the room rates.

2) All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit. Credit card is used only to guarantee your room reservation, room fees will be charged by the hotel when you check out.

3) Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis. The deadline of the hotel reservation is August 20, 2009.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge equivalent to one night of lodging will be charged to participants who do not cancel their reservation prior to Aug. 20, 2009 or who do not show up at the hotel on the reservation date.

Online hotel reservation has been closed. Should you have any questions and requests on hotel reservation, please send e-mails to registration@isde6.org before Sept. 8, 2009.  

We’ll work at the ISDE6 Registration Area in the lobby of BICC for ISDE6 from 8 Sept. 2009 to 12 Sept. 2009. We’ll be ready to provide you with our assistances and services during the period of ISDE6 at Beijing International Convention Center.
